Hello Everyone!
My name is Bailey, I would like to share a little about myself with you all. I went to school and studied floral design all 4 years of high school. I recently graduated in August 2021 with my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UMGC. I have been working in the floral industry for the past 6 years and now I am finally fulfilling my dream to start my own business!
A little back story about how I chose the name Marigold: I wanted a business name that had meaning to me. My grandmother’s name was Mary so I chose Marigold as a way to represent her through my business. My grandmother was the biggest supporter of me and my dream of having my own floral business one day. Come to find out later, the botanical name of a desert marigold is actually, “Baileya”, once I learned this, I knew the name Marigold was meant to be.
